JOB SEEKER:

1. How do I get started with the veuon App?

Veuon App provides you with a right opportunity to connect to an excellent company. It is available on Android currently and soon to launch the Ios version.

Veuon App needs :

  • An active Veuon App on your phone.
  • A stable internet connection on your smart phone
  • To connect into job seeker screen
  • To enter the One Time Password (OTP) sent through sms for verification.
  • To fill in your details after verification.

You are now ready for real time job connections.

2. Is this App free for job seekers?

Yes. Veuon App can be downloaded free of cost by the Job Seekers and they can install the App and provide their job profiles. This facility will remain free for job seekers.

3. How to edit and update my resume

To edit a profile, you need to login to the App through job seeker. Once you are logged in, click on “Profile” link as shown on the left side of the bar. This link lists your profiles from where you can create a New/Edit profile by clicking the Edit button on the screen. Once done, your New / Edited profile gets updated to your account. Filling up of the fields is mandatory as it enables you to present to recruiters a profile that is complete in all aspects.

4. Who all will access my resume?

Once you have posted your Details / Update — Only a “match found” recruiter registered with us will be notified.

5. Why can’t I connect to the Web access of the Veuon App

Web access is not provided as this Mobile App serves the Job Seekers and Job Providers through GPS.

6. Can Job search be done

The backend algorithm in the App will do the job search for you. Once a Matching job is found you will be notified.

7. Can I connect to the job provider?

Yes, in the notification, Job providers number and email will be listed which will help you to connect with them.

8. How many recruiters can be connected at a single time?

The list of all job providers who have matched with your profile will be listed on your HR Alert Screen.

9. Can multiple profiles be created?

No One profile with relevant job specifications is allowed

10. Can I Share the App with friends

Yes – Various options

11. Changing the phone – What shall I do?

When you change your phone, you can install the App from Google play store / Website and follow the installation steps and the profile will roll back.

2. Why can’t I connect to the Web access of the Veuon App ?

Web access is not provided as this Mobile App serves the Job Seekers and Job Providers through GPS.

3. How do the candidates get listed ?

The list of all job seekers who have matched with your Requirements will be listed on your Candidate Alert Screen.

4. Can I run multiple requirements?

Yes.

5. Will the candidate matches be limited ?

No. Unlimited candidate matches

6. How long the Job Post remains in the App?

Until the validity of your payment

7. Can I Edit / Update of job requirements postings?

No. Edit / Update on job requirement are is allowed once committed

8. Can I add / Share App with friends and associates?
